Joe has over 12 years of working with and leading teams to deliver technical solutions to solve complex business problems. His core focus is blending a business analyst role with an enterprise architect ensuring all technical decisions are driven by the business. His areas of expertise include business process management, enterprise architecture & planning, application integration, systems analysis and design, and rapid application development.

Prior to founding Ionia Corporation, Joe has held roles such as enterprise architect, tech lead, and senior information architect for such companies as Digitas, OneSource Information Systems, Elantix, and Mindshare Technologies. Joe holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Keith O'Shea

Keith has been providing integration and process management solutions to clients for over 10 years since the integration revolution first started taking off. Having provided solutions covering process flow, information aggregation, and rules based processing; Keith uses his vast knowledge in this field to provide answers and solutions to today's common business integration scenarios ranging from data transformation to application integration.

Prior to founding Ionia Corporation, Keith consulted for a number of clients including: OneSource Information Services, Wyeth Pharmaceutical, Maxim Group, Renaissance, and Shelflink. Keith holds a degree in Management Information Systems & German from the University of Mass. in Boston, is certified in Microsoft BizTalk, and is currently working on a Masters in Information Sciences from Harvard University.

Eric Borthwick

Eric has over 10 years experience in finance, management, and administration. The majority of his experience has been in investment and asset management ranging from private equity to microfinance. His primary areas of expertise include; financial modeling, business process development, risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and credit management.

Prior to joining Ionia in 2005, Eric held a position with a top rated investment advisory firm and most recently as director of operations for a hedge fund. He holds a bachelors degree in Economics.
